Intense Eccentricity - The Oddest Apartment Buildings You'll Ever See

The oddest apartment buildings you'll ever see - "El Bordello Alexandra" at 20 Westminster, Venice Beach.  There's this web page where a local tries to explain the place.

It's just an apartment building. In the eighteenth century the aristocracy in England would build fake ruins on the ground of their estates - broken columns and trailing ivy and what look for the world like ancient statues.  They were called "follies." This seems to be one of those, in the Dungeons and Dragons mode. It's a giggle.

This was Thursday, September 21 around noon. Thanks to Bob Patterson for scouting the location.
