El Pasadero (1931), 1330 North Harper Avenue

This Spanish Colonial Revival building, designed by Jason and Irene Reese, continues the courtyard housing tradition in the district. The structure consists of three wings that form a narrow courtyard. The centrally located court resembles a Spanish street scene. As the building sits atop a half sunken parking garage, the tiled walkway is landscaped exclusively with potted plants.
