Note:

Lindsay Lohan is on the market to sell her luxury Los Angeles apartment. The "Mean Girls" actress never took up permanent residence in her luxurious home. Her lavish three bedroom apartment, just off West Hollywood's Sunset Strip, is on the market for $2.8 million.

One Los Angeles real estate agent told People magazine, "It was an investment. She'll make a nice turnaround."

Lindsay bought the home in Sierra Towers - which also boasts Cher and Matthew Perry as residents - in 2005 for just $1.9 million but never moved in. Instead, the 20-year-old took up residence in the renowned Chateau Marmont hotel.

Note Two:

Lindsay Lohan has moved out of Hollywood hotel the Chateau Marmont after spending a year living there, following an alleged fight with management over her room allocation.

Sources tell the National Enquirer Lohan lived in one room and used another three to host parties and store freebie clothing gifts.

Upon returning from a recent trip to Europe, the star was told she'd have to downsize and she took umbrage and walked out.

A source says, "She threw a fit but was told there were no more available rooms. 'Fine, I'll just move out,' she yelled, and the management quickly agreed she should."

According to the Enquirer expose, Lohan demanded late-night snacks, disturbed other guests with parties in her room and even insisted the hotel staff go out and buy her cigarettes.

The source adds, "She sucked up the time and energy of 10 employees."
