If you are overcome by the beauty of it all you may settle in at PJ Clark's terrace café for a ten dollar hamburger and think the view looks a bit like Venice as the ferries light up. Playing for twenty-four hours in the Winter Garden of the World Trade Center – the Bang-On-a-Can festival. Out the front door brings back reality, when you face the frantic effort - since September 11, 2001 - to replace the irreplaceable. Aside from reality, New York has its agreeable moments quite often.
