Monday, December 31, 2007 – New Years Eve

New Years Eve in Hollywood and you begin to wonder what the New Year will bring. You could visit a psychic. They're all over.  You could visit what we call the "Freeway Psychic" – just off the 10 Freeway, La Cienega at Cadillac (really), next to the giant Kaiser hospital.  Fate hangs in the balance at that hospital. It's a good location.

Odd that on New Years Eve the place is locked tight – double locks, security bars, the electronic alarm activated. Maybe these people do know something.  The red bow is a nice touch.

Just down the street at "Widget Post" – a post-production house that specializes in sound (The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, King Kong, Syriana and so on) – the Dali Lama looks down on the New Year.  He offers no advice.
