So LA street artists do have a hero – Norman Rockwell. Who knew? And this is an empty lot at 7000 Melrose Avenue, at La Brea – an impromptu art outdoor art gallery that just popped up, and which will probably be gone soon. And yes, you always knew it was all an inside job.
