So LA street artists do have a hero Norman Rockwell. Who knew? And this is an empty lot at 7000 Melrose Avenue, at La Brea an impromptu art outdoor art gallery that just popped up, and which will probably be gone soon. And yes, you always knew it was all an inside job.
