Friday, January 30, 2009 – A Peculiar Corner

Sometimes you just have to stop. This is Hollywood Boulevard at North Alexandria, in East Hollywood, between Thai Town and Los Feliz. And these seem to be abandoned minarets, or something, above what is now a cleaners and bridal shop, but must have been something else once. It's all a bit unsettling.
