And that's next to this - bad color choices at the Cinegrill (Roosevelt Hotel) - back in the eighties it was ratty, then Michael Feinstein bought it and fixed it up.  He used to be Ira Gershwin's personal assistant and his career is now being "the" cabaret singer who does Gershwin and the like, lovingly.  This Valentines Day, a few days ago, he was featured at the White House dinner for that special day as he's "romantic" - even if he is a bit light in the loafers.  Joe Lieberman was invited and did show up, so it really was a day for lovers.  Anyway, the Hotel Roosevelt and its Cinegrill changed hands two years ago and are now the hottest place in town.  Only the A-list folks get in the door at the clubs there, not even hotel guests.  The Cinegrill is a little looser – if you want to see Mickey Rooney and his wife singing the old standards badly.  No one is sure if they're still alive.  It's spooky.
