	Thursday, June 18, 2009 – Egyptian Birds


	The Egyptian Theater on Hollywood Boulevard is a relic from the twenties, a Spanish Colonial thing that got turned all Egyptian just before its 1922 opening, as the tomb of King Tut had just been discovered and anything Egyptian was all the rage. Those days are long gone, but the restoration went well.
